Terms of service

Welcome to Plumbing Services in Fairfield, CT. By accessing this website or scheduling services with our company, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Plumbing service estimates and authorization

All mechanical service calls, water heater installations, drain clearing, and piping repairs are quoted in writing on site following a physical inspection by our technician. Work begins only after the property owner or authorized representative signs and approves the scope of work.

Permits and municipal inspections

Where required by the Connecticut State Building Code or local municipal ordinances (including the Town of Fairfield, City of Bridgeport, and Towns of Stratford, Westport, and Easton), our team pulls necessary plumbing and mechanical permits. Property owners agree to provide reasonable access for required municipal building inspections.

Limitation of liability

Information provided on this website is for general educational and informational purposes regarding common residential plumbing systems. While we make every effort to maintain accurate local guidance, pre-existing structural conditions, concealed pipe corrosion, or water utility anomalies require professional on-site trade diagnosis.
